Mô tả công việc:​

1. Chịu trách nhiệm xem xét và phê duyệt các bộ phận mới và thay đổi.

Đảm bảo các bộ phận đáp ứng thông số kỹ thuật thiết kế, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và yêu cầu của khách hàng.

2. Làm việc với các nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo họ hiểu đầy đủ và có thể đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về thiết kế và chất lượng bộ phận. Đào tạo và hướng dẫn các nhà cung cấp tuân theo các quy trình và thông số kỹ thuật chất lượng có liên quan.

3. Tham gia vào các quy trình lập kế hoạch chất lượng sản phẩm (ví dụ: APQP) để đảm bảo việc phát triển các bộ phận đáp ứng các yêu cầu toàn diện về chất lượng sản phẩm.

Dẫn dắt hoặc tham gia đánh giá thiết kế và các hoạt động FMEA (Chế độ thất bại và phân tích hiệu ứng).

4. Hỗ trợ quá trình sản xuất thử nghiệm và hỗ trợ xác định, giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến linh kiện.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để kiểm tra và xác minh hiệu suất và chức năng của các bộ phận.

Yêu cầu:

1. Có bằng cử nhân trở lên thuộc các ngành cơ khí, khoa học vật liệu, cơ khí hoặc các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.

2. Thông thường cần có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành điện tử hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về thiết kế bộ phận, phân tích và phê duyệt quy trình.

3. Khả năng quản lý và điều phối nhiều dự án đồng thời duy trì hiệu quả và độ chính xác cao. Khả năng hoàn thành công việc một cách hiệu quả trong thời gian và nguồn lực hạn chế.

4. Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản và bằng lời nói tốt để báo cáo kết quả và đưa ra khuyến nghị cho các nhóm kỹ thuật và phi kỹ thuật.

The Head Baker is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery’s production. This includes managing the baking staff, creating and refining recipes, ensuring the highest quality of products, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:Oversee daily production of all baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Create, test, and refine recipes for new products. Manage baking schedules to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Team Leadership:Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bakers and assistants. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the baking team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
• Quality Control:Ensure all products meet the bakery’s high standards of taste, texture, and appearance. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
• Creative Development:Innovate new product offerings and seasonal items to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special events.
• Operational Efficiency:Manage the bakery's budget, including labor and ingredient costs. Optimize workflows to minimize waste and improve productivity. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.

• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
